It answers the questions of the employees in a targeted and efficient manner, whether by telephone, via the ticket system or personally in one of the walk-ins in Germany. The place is limited to a maximum of 24 months. We offer a part-time job on 5 days of the week at 9:00-13:00. Your role First contact: In the Connect Center of the Carl ZEISS Group in Germany, you play a central role in communication with our employees, executives and interface partners.

Inquiry management: You accept requests both by phone and in person and carry out precise order clarification to find the best possible solution for our customers.

Support for HR processes: You help our customers use our HR processes and tools and contribute to the sustainability of our input channels.

In your area of responsibility, you work closely and trustfully with the internal HR interfaces and get a comprehensive overview of all HR processes. In addition, we offer you the opportunity to develop targeted measures to improve HR services based on customer needs. You have a Bachelor or similar degree and bring significant experiences in the operational HR work.

A deep understanding of the process is an integral part of your work.

Affinity and experience in handling digital HR tools/systems (e.g. Workday, case management systems, ticket systems, ServiceNow).

You are characterized by a high level of problem solving, service orientation and a pronounced consultancy.

Communication and service competence with high social competence combined with a result-oriented, self-initiative and pragmatic way of working.

Very good knowledge of German and English
