About the application area The Technical Office (tba), is a central institution of the University Hospital of Tübingen and is responsible with an experienced team of 190 professionals for the technical support and plant management of both the University Hospital and the entire University of Tübingen. With a professional PMO and experienced project managers according to the standards and the competence-based approach of the IPMA, we implement renovation projects in the plant portfolio. We plan, award and manage our projects according to HOAI – including public tenders about our own project purchase. Technical Project Management: Control, Planning and Perception of the Building Representative in New Construction and Refurbishment Measures of Plant Engineering with the focus HKLS HOAI processing: independent and independent processing of projects across all phases of the HOAI Budget and Controlling Management: Ensuring budget and timeliness as well as professionally perfect planning according to the current rules of technology Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Coordination of all internal and external project participants including regular reporting and project presentation in the specialist bodies Call for tenders & awards: preparation and implementation of public tenders for engineering services and executing subcontractors

Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of supply engineering, mechanical engineering, building engineering or engineering Qualification as a state-tested technician Professional experience: Multiannual experience in technical project management and project management, ideally in the handling of HKLS projects Structural project experience: Detectable experience in the budget, timing and quality monitoring of complex construction and rehabilitation measures; Certification in project management (IPMA, PMP or A) of advantage Extensive expertise and building rights: Safe application of relevant technical and commercial regulations (e.g. DIN, VOB, HOAI) and knowledge in public procurement law (VgV / UVgO) Cooperation on the rim of the plate: The close link with the MSR and electrical engineering makes understanding and knowledge desirable in these areas Communication and enforcement strength: Impressed communication skills, negotiation skills in the project environment and a solution-oriented personality
