Martin-Luther-King-Weg 8a, 48155 Münster You take over the leadership and strategic development of the TGA Nord area and work closely with the management in expanding our TGA activities in the region You lead and develop employees in TGA and strengthen cooperation within the technical project teams You are responsible for controlling and coordinating the TGA planning and execution in our challenging turnkey projects Together with your team, you ensure compliance with costs, dates, quality and technical requirements and coordinate cooperation with specialist planners and contractors You already advise our customers in the acquisition and offer phase together with sales and develop technically and economically convincing TGA solutions Build your network to builders, project developers, investors, planners and other market partners and identify new market and business potentials

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of supply technology, building technology, TGA, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in the TGA environment, ideally in turnkey construction You have well-founded knowledge in the planning, calculation, awarding and execution of building facilities You have experience in managing complex TGA projects as well as working with specialist planners and after-contractors You can demonstrate multi-year professional experience in a comparable leadership or field responsibility or are an experienced project management in the TGA environment with interest in the next career step Management skills, communication and negotiation strength as well as entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility characterize you
