Senior Service Manager Customer Application Management (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. As part of the CS ERP, CU ERP Customer Application Management (CAM) provides services in application support for SAP and legacy systems. The Team Application Management Service (AMS) is responsible for continuous improvement of support services.

Continuous performance and KPI reporting as well as execution of nominal/actual comparisons

Plans and taxes of the provision of services in coordination with CAM

Support the customer's planning for performance, budget and capacity

Ensure defined processes, in particular incident, problem and change management, and application support according to the defined SLA

Support in the continuous optimization of ITSM processes

Completed subject-related university studies or comparable knowledge in the fields of SAP and/or legacy systems

Expertise in application support for business applications in the fields of SAP and/or legacy systems

In-depth expertise in IT-SM and Customer Center of Expertise (CCoE) as well as in process and commercial topics, especially in controlling

Analytical thinking, very good communication skills as well as a high customer orientation round off your profile

German language skills in word and writing
