Your tasks – management and plant operation in one role Head of a small shift team (3–4 employees)You are technically and organizationally responsible for your shift, plan and coordinate the processes and introduce new employees.

Active cooperation as a plant driverYou regularly work with the plants – as your team members also. These include in particular: Operation and monitoring of production plants setting and controlling process parameters Guided tours and visual inspections Elimination of simple disturbances during operation

Production control in shift operationThey, together with your team, ensure a low-impact and timely production process and intervene in case of deviations.

Maintenance, cleaning and maintenance of the equipmentSimply maintenance and cleaning work take over with your team yourself; further measures coordinate with maintenance.

Quality, occupational safety and environmental protectionYou pay attention to compliance with all requirements and live in everyday work – even in physically demanding shiftwork activities.

Documentation and interface workRecovering the layer and process data, reporting deviations and close coordination with the production line.
