For the Varel site, we are looking for a number of component mechanics (m/w/d) at the next possible time as part of the transfer of employees. The position is particularly suitable for industrial mechanic (m/w/d), aircraft mechanic (m/w/d), and metal builders (m/w/d) who want to introduce their craft skills.

You assemble mechanical components and assemblies and assemble individual components into high-quality structural assemblies. Using technical specifications, you perform drilling, fitting and assembly work and ensure the precise connection of the components. You perform the kittening and assembly of individual parts and prepare them for the further production and assembly steps. You process production and assembly orders independently and ensure the timely completion of the assemblies. You control your work results and ensure compliance with the specified quality, safety and manufacturing standards.

You have completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d), aircraft mechanic (m/w/d), manufacturing mechanic (m/w/d), metal maker (m/w/d) or in a comparable technical or metalworking profession. Ideally, you already have professional experience in assembly, metal machining, mechanical production or structural assembly. Knowledge of aircraft construction or the installation of complex structural components is advantageous, but no compelling prerequisite. You work independently, carefully and quality-consciously and convince by craftsmanship, technical understanding and team skills. You have good knowledge of German and bring the willingness to work in the 2-shift system.
