You treat clients with a mental illness in the context of integration aid within the meaning of the Federal Dispute Act. You support and support clients' self-employment and self-employment in the activities and requirements of daily life in a qualified assistance activity. You develop and improve our performance portfolio with the goal of continuous quality improvement. You implement medically arranged, diagnostic and therapeutic measures. You create individual assistance plans (respect and care plans or action plans) and coordinate the transfer to practice and the upcoming evaluation. You are actively involved in the implementation and further development of the person-centred participation concepts and are always responsible for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You support the creation of the personal-centred integrated management plan (PiT).

You are examinated nursing staff, Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) or have a comparable training. You have ideally already gained experience in the psychiatric area or experience in working with mentally disabled people. You're ready to work in the three-shift system. You are a team player and enjoy working with different professions. Your open and respectful communication skills and social commitment enable you to lead and motivate people. You are characterized by your high commitment and sense of responsibility. You have good IT skills and are safe to handle MS Office. You have a valid class B driving license.
