Coordination of series preparation in close coordination with design, procurement and quality assurance Creation of production and supply concepts according to the pull principle Implementation of the workflow planning including Defining assembly sequences and sequences Determination of planning variables and order times using MTM/REFA methods Calculation of product costs and creation of concepts for new and existing projects Working system planning (workstations, production lines) taking into account modern production methods and ergonomic standards Integration of external logistics service providers into the production process Implementation of optimization projects in assembly and continuous process improvements in responsibility

Complete studies in production engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in work preparation / work planning Funded technical understanding in manufacturing and testing processes (mechanical & electrical) Knowledge of modern production methods and process optimization Practical knowledge in recording preset times with MTM or REFA Very good knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office Good English knowledge of word and writing
