Responsibility for SEA (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) incl. Retargeting for several fashion brands in international markets Control of a high annual budget with focus on revenue growth and KUR optimization Operational support and strategic further development of the accounts through Test-&‐Learn approaches Control of external performance agencies and support of smaller countries Setups Analysis of performance relevant KPIs (Attribution, New/Consumer, Cluster) and derivation of scaling measures Responsibility for Tracking Setups (Google Tag Manager) and Accompanying the Cookie Consent Transformation Close cooperation with internal teams and support for brand and product matches

Multiannual experience in performance marketing / SEA, ideally in the fashion or e-commerce environment routine in handling large budgets and international account structures Strong analytical mindset and data-driven operation Funded expertise in tracking, attribution and controlling external agencies
