You are responsible for economic results for your region, ensure that the agreed sales and earnings targets are achieved, identify potentials and implement concrete measures together with the center managers. You lead and develop the center managers in the sense of the NOVOTERGUM leadership principles and strengthen them in controlling their locations independently and effectively. You accompany change processes, give orientation and create a transparent and reliable flow of information within your region. You develop the regional location structure and the interdisciplinary services strategically. You promote the exchange between the sites and build a powerful regional leadership team. You maintain regional networks and develop existing links and cooperation structures together with the sites. You are actively working on company-wide projects. You represent NOVOTERGUM in your region and are the link between the therapy centers, the headquarters and the operational management.

You have a completed degree in business management, health management or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year leadership in a strategically and economically oriented management position and have experience in multi-site management. You have a strong economic understanding and the ability to safely interpret, prioritize and translate key figures into concrete measures. You know the special requirements of the health care and the German medicinal product market. You are able to develop your region strategically. You act entrepreneurially and at the same time take people along in the change process. You have experience in middle management and are familiar with dynamically growing group structures. You have pronounced analytical thinking, solution-oriented decision-making and an effective, structured way of working. You communicate clearly and appreciate, give constructive feedback and remain sovereign even in challenging situations. In the interdisciplinary environment you act sovereignly.
