We are a modern property management with its own housing stock and a strong focus on the modernization, maintenance and value-added of our residential properties. We are looking for a dedicated Sanitary installer / plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning (m/w/d).

With us, you work mainly in our own real estate stock and support us in the professional modernization of apartments, bathrooms and technical facilities.

Your tasks

• Implementation of sanitary installations as part of housing modernizations
• Modernization and renewal of bathrooms and kitchen connections
• Installation, repair and replacement of sanitary objects, fittings and cables
• Maintenance, maintenance and repair of sanitary facilities
• troubleshooting and troubleshooting
• Implementation of smaller work in the area of heating and domestic engineering
• Support for renovation and modernization projects
• Coordination with other structures such as tiles, electricians and dry farmers
• Ensuring professional, clean and timely execution

Your profile

• Complete training as plant mechanic SHK, gas and water installer, sanitary installer or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in housing modernization, rehabilitation or maintenance desirable

• Class B licence desirable
