Senior Store Project Manager (m/f/d)

You are part of the area responsible for the planning, implementation, management and optimization of our Ernsting's family branches along their entire life cycle You control and coordinate projects in the environment Store Design, Construction & Facility Management You guide exciting, in-house and cross-disciplinary projects and build suitable team and communication structures with all the participating departments on You actively shape and optimise our processes and structures in Store Design, Construction & Facility Management – from conception to implementation You develop templates and standards for further internationalization of our branch network You participate in the (further) development of software solutions for the realization, management and handling of our retail areas and promote the mapping and continuous optimization of our system landscape You will help shape the data management and provide information to address You design, manage and moderate interdisciplinary workshops and training You create and carry out tenders and support in the design and negotiation of contracts

You have successfully completed your studies, for example in business, real estate economics, civil engineering, facility management or comparable You bring multi-year experience in project management – ideally in construction and/or retail You have a strong talent to penetrate, structure and develop practical concepts that can be implemented. You think analytically, structured and at the same time entrepreneurial-commercially and understand business-wide relationships You are accustomed to communicating with different levels of leadership and working in interdisciplinary teams. Through your moderation experience, you can also manage challenging discussions structured and targeted You have a legal understanding, e.g. in contract or building law, as well as good English knowledge in word and writing, and is confident in negotiation and can convincingly represent your position You work conscientiously, reliably and autonomously as well as you are resilient, solution-oriented, self-initiative and flexible and enjoy a self-responsible working in a friendly team
