In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality that actively promotes the further development of our work preparation and production processes in steel construction with analytical thinking, technical understanding and pleasure in process optimization. You feel addressed? This could soon be your tasks:

Creation, maintenance and optimisation of work plans in the field of steel construction, taking into account technological and economic requirements in close cooperation with the production, construction and equipment construction Analysis and optimization of production processes Implementation of sequence analyses, plan time determinations and variant comparisons (REFA / MTM) and transmission of results Development of proposals in terms of cost-effective production processes and process design Processing of piece list or drawing changes in work plans and production orders Maintenance of master data in ERP Support and administration of HSplan (HSi GmbH) and configuration and further development of existing templates

Complete studies in the field of engineering or comparable qualifications, e.g. a further training to the technician m/w/d with corresponding professional experience Ideally multi-year professional experience in preparation Good knowledge of welding technology, especially of fine grain steels Safe handling of technical drawings, test regulations, standards and regulations Ideally SAP experience Experience with HSplan desirable A REFA or MTM training is desirable Analytical Thinking Power, Team Skill, Flexibility and Independent and Targeted Operation Very good MS Office knowledge Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
