Our area: The internal social consultation at the Mercedes-Benz plant Rastatt supports employees in personal, social and health issues. We work closely with internal and external partners and make an important contribution to the health, workability and social support of our employees. For this demanding, versatile and exciting task area, we are looking for an internship in the internal social consultation.

These challenges include: Social administrative activities: You perform responsible tasks in the field of appointment coordination, documentation of consultancy activities and assist in mediation in medical treatments Cooperation & Networking: You work closely with internal cooperation partners and external bodies and expand your professional network Concept development & implementation: You participate in the development and implementation of measures and concepts, for example in the design of executive training or the organisation of workshops Information Management: You support us in managing and disseminating important information on different topics, including our intra-group platforms such as the Social Intranet Support in day-to-day business: You support our team in current projects, special topics and administrative tasks of internal social consultation
