Support our motivated team to ensure efficient and smooth plant operation (e.g. wood chips, pellets and natural gas boilers, heat pumps and block heating power plants) Processing into complex heat generation plants and targeted optimization of supply security, efficiency and cost-effectiveness Representation of the interests of the operating team in extensive new and remodeling projects Independent planning, coordination and monitoring of small and medium-sized conversion projects Projektmanager (m/w/d) Active cooperation in the standardization of technology and processes together with service technicians, team leaders and project managers (m/w/d)

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Ideally experience in the operation of heat generation plants and the need to continuously optimize them Openness to advance projects structured, systematic and in close team-wide coordination Embossed solution orientation as well as an independent and self-responsive operation High quality awareness and a strong sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German and the security to express you clearly on at least C1 level
