AI Lead Alexianer (m/f/d)

You develop and manage the Group-wide AI strategy as well as the AI roadmap of the Alexians. You report directly to the management and advise them on all strategic issues relating to the use of artificial intelligence. You identify and prioritize AI applications with measurable added value for our facilities and administration. You control AI projects from idea to piloting to productive use. You establish standards and governance for a safe, responsible and scalable AI application. You are advising both our management, our executives and our departments and working closely with the staff of data protection, information security, architecture and project management. You are testing technological developments and evaluating their benefits for the Alexians. You enable employees and executives to successfully use AI and promote knowledge sharing in the company.

You can present a completed, relevant university degree (e.g., computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, health informatics) or a comparable qualification. It is crucial to develop and implement AI strategies. You have well-founded knowledge in the environment of Large Language Models (LLMs), data management, cloud and AI platforms and understand how to translate technological potentials into sustainable solutions for health and social affairs. You bring experience in the design of transformation processes as well as in the management of strategic projects and understand complex organizational structures. You shape changes with vision, communicate convincingly and inspire people for changes. With your structured, pragmatic way of working, you combine technological innovation with the concrete added value for employees and the Alexians as a whole. Communication in German (C1 / C2) is not a problem for you.
