Deppe Heating and Sanitary Assembly GmbH is a growing craftsmanship with around 14 employees and focuses on demanding new construction and renovation projects in the area of heating and sanitation. Our business and office spaces are located in Berlin-Rudow, from where we manage and coordinate our regional projects. With increasing project size and new large orders, we are in a phase of structural expansion. We are looking for a personality that not only manages projects, but leads, structured and designed. In your role as a construction manager, you assume the overall operational and organisational responsibility for our projects: Professional leadership and coordination of construction teams Control of the entire project processing from planning to handover Ensuring quality, timeliness and economy Structure and Optimization of Processes and Processes Responsibility for resource planning, material disposition and capacity control Central interface between clients, planners, suppliers and internal teams Implementation of construction meetings, acceptances and object visits Dimension, costing and participation in strategic project planning Transparent project documentation and reporting You not only shape the daily routine – You shape the functioning of the entire team.
