Projektleiter (w/m/d) We are young people in the Kiez – youth assistance gGmbH, short “Juwo”, a recognized freelance from Berlin with over 80 educational projects and areas of application. We are professionals, both colourful and, if necessary, critical and courageous when it comes to the development and rights of children, young people and their families. On the next possible date or after a joint agreement in part-time with 30-35 hours/week, an educator/social pedagogical specialist (w/m/d) as a medical representative for the therapeutic group “Gemini 2” in Berlin - Neukölln. The possibility of enabling an employment in the area of Gemini or in another field of work of the institution even after the dismissal is sought. For six young people aged 14 to 21 years, the facility offers an intensive community of 24h living and care. Accompanied by an interdisciplinary team of educators, social pedagogues and psychotherapists, the young and young adults master their everyday life, gradually approach their themes and develop a life perspective. Tasks As an educatorin / social pedagogical specialist (w/m/d), you will support the young people educationally and support the therapeutic work, e.g. through individual and group talks, organization of the everyday life of the group, crisis intervention and preparation and participation in help conferences You support the development of an appropriate school and professional perspective and the further necessary steps of self-employment You promote cooperation with parents and competent authorities, in particular youth offices, schools and other institutions Your profile You have a vocational qualification as a state-recognized educatorin or a comparable vocational training as a social pedagogical specialist, such as, for example, an educationalist, a childhood teacherin, a medical teacherin We look forward to working with relevant professional experiences or internships in stationary or therapeutic youth assistance You are ready to work in a stand-alone and prudent manner in the 24h-shift operation and get the right to speak in the planning of the service You show good reflectivity and personal stability and are ready to contribute actively to the relationship with mentally strained young people and young adults Intercultural competence is not only a keyword for you, but is reflected in your attitude and way of dealing What you can expect from us Editing: You will be incorporated and have contact persons on your page Remuneration: Our salary system is coordinated with the works council and is between €20.85 and €27.95 per hour (corresponding to the pay tables of the TV-L in the country of Berlin); plus shiftwork allowances for night work, weekends and holidays. Additional qualifications (such as FK participation and inclusion) are rewarded with further supplements. Holiday: You will get 30 days holiday and in addition the 24.+31.12. as free days.
