Machine operator for semi-automatic welding and grinding systems in Nuremberg (m/f/d)

For a manufacturing company from metal processing in Nuremberg we are looking for reinforcement in machine operation. A technical working environment with semi-automatic welding and grinding systems, clear processes and high standards of quality in series production awaits you.

Your tasks:

• Manual assembly of semi-automatic welding and grinding systems with rolled A4 screws
• Precise nesting according to predetermined position
• Control of the correct position and positioning of inserted components
• Monitoring of the machine sequence via several processing stations
• inspection of the finished parts at the end of the machine
• Detection and reporting of deviations, disturbances and special events
• Cleaning of stations and nests by default at the stratification
• Documentation of produced pieces in the layer protocol

• First experience in production or machine operation of advantage
• Basic technical understanding for machines, processes and clocked production processes
• Understanding quality requirements in series production
• Careful operation in visual inspection, component positioning and documentation
• High concentration in recurring activities
• Quality awareness in handling metallic components
• Ready to work in the 2-shift system
• Ability to work over a longer period of time
• Good fine motor technology for precise installation of small components
• Loadability in a clocked production environment
