Leonhard Moos & Butzen GmbH is an egg pack and egg dyeing company based in Viersen. Our core business is egg marketing at the German food retailers. Together with around 150 employees, we implement more than 20 million fresh eggs and up to 8 million colorful eggs at our site. We are looking for talented and dedicated management trainees at the next possible time. This is not only a professional entry chance, but above all the possibility of shaping our future and taking responsibility at our location in Viersen am Niederrhein together with about 150 colleagues.

Demanding projects and tasks systematically prepare for the takeover of responsible management tasks You have the chance to get to know all areas in our company where you work on projects on strategy, process optimization and organisational development and also take over operational tasks in the respective area During the planning of the projects, we let ourselves be construed by your enthusiasm and rely on your interests and strengths individually; You work directly, proactively with management Cooperation with our egg packing units and international partner companies within the Van Beek Group

You have a proactive influence on the design of your operations that are individually and flexibly adapted to your interests and strengths Complete vocational training in the commercial sector or comparable Bachelor and/or Master studies (also dual students are welcome!) You have fun at a hands-on mentality, are happy to be in a production environment and you prefer to design yourself directly in action A good team capability, a high degree of initiative and willingness to take responsibility as well as flexibility and resilience
