Your role:As Head of Private Customer Business (m/w/d), you develop and maintain this area in an operational and organizational manner. You will lead the existing teams and develop them in a targeted way – with clear priorities and structures as well as a good look for the feasible. You report directly to Marc Sontowski, managing director ecpension&benefits, and run a team of around 20 employees over several team leaders. Your tasks: Further development of the private customer business with a clear focus on stability and growth in the existing environment Leadership of team leaders with clear goals, regular coordination and pragmatic solutions in everyday life Use of existing contacts from the corporate customer business for the expansion of the private customer business Implementation of effective sales measures together with the teams Introduction of clear controls to track the course of business Close cooperation with internal areas such as sales, product management and controlling Strengthening the retail business as a fixed part of the overall offer

Experience in the insurance or financial services environment, ideally in the private customer business Experience in leadership of teams or smaller organizational units Experience in operational responsibility for results (e.g. sales or achievement of goals) Structured and pragmatic way of working – you bring things up reliably Ensuring effective use of digital solutions in everyday work and promoting efficient processes in sales and administration Ability to work constructively with different internal contacts You are important that concepts work in everyday life – not just look good on paper.
