You are responsible for the technical and timely execution of all technical tasks during operation of the LWL cable systems and amplifier locations. In the LWL cable installation, you take over the assembly and operating supervision; If necessary, this also includes activities in pipeline and station construction. Careful and up-to-date maintenance of the LWL technical documentation in the cable management software is also part of your task. Your tasks include the application of your well-founded knowledge in LWL splicing technology, measuring technology and the analysis and evaluation of measurement results. The entire federal territory forms your field of application, and you will also participate in the 24/7 readiness of the team LWL.

You have successfully completed training in electrical engineering or communication electronics and have filed a specialist examination. A further training in the field of LWL communication networks is ideally already possible. You are familiar with the requirements of civil engineering – whether in the operational and assembly supervision or in the practical civil engineering design. Teamability, sense of responsibility, reliability as well as the ability to structure tasks autonomously, you are characterized. Good English knowledge of word and writing as well as a safe handling of PC applications (Windows Office, web applications, SAP) are part of your profile. You possess the driving licence classes B, BE and C1E and provide a very high level of operational and travel readiness (service journeys > 75% of working time).
