Number: MER00047HM As an intern:in the office of Vice President MB.OS User Experience, you work on the future topics of Mercedes-Benz and support strategic decisions at the top management level. Together with experienced executives and experts, you shape the further development of MB.OS, the integrated software and technology stack for the next generation of vehicles. MB.OS combines the central innovation fields of the software-defined vehicle: from automated driving and intelligent driver assistance systems to infotainment, digital customer experiences and user experience to base layer, vehicle hardware, over-the-air (OTA) updates as well as cloud and data platforms. With this you will become part of one of the most ambitious technology and transformation programs in the automotive industry and experience its development directly. In a dynamic and highly motivated team, you work directly on strategic issues, organisational developments and cross-departmental transformation initiatives. You develop decision-making templates for top management, analyze market, technology and organizational trends and make concrete recommendations for action. You work closely with executives, Strateg:inside and technology experts:insides from a wide range of disciplines, you will learn how to control technology, product development and organisation in a global environment from the first hand. Your:e Mentor:in and Team Lead will help you develop your analytical, conceptual and communicative skills and gain valuable experience at the interface of strategy, technology and top management. At the same time, you develop a sound understanding of the strategic management of technology and transformation initiatives and experience the future of mobility in one of the most innovative development areas of Mercedes-Benz. Your tasks are: Work directly with the MB.OS User Experience Leadership Team on strategic issues and top management decisions

Develop analyses, business cases and action recommendations for key technology, product and organization topics

Support strategic transformation initiatives in the environment of automated driving, infotainment, user experience, cloud, data and over-the-air technologies

Analyze market, competition and technology trends and give concrete impetus to the further development of MB.OS

Create policy templates, management presentations and executive briefings for senior executives

Design workshops, leadership formats and cross-disciplinary projects with national and international stakeholders

Work closely with experts:inside from software development, product management and strategy, working in one of the largest technology and transformation programs in the automotive industry from close proximity

The activity can begin from January 2027.

What you bring: A very good Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences or Computer Science

Detectionally strong analytical and conceptual skills and joy in working with complex issues

First practical experience in strategy, business development, consulting, venture capital, start-ups or technology-driven companies

Extensive interest in future technologies, software, digitalization and transformation

Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to develop convincing storylines for different target groups

Secure handling of PowerPoint and Excel; Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus

Very good knowledge of German and English

High self-motivation, team spirit and the ability to take responsibility in a challenging and dynamic environment
