Controller FP&A (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Care and advice of the Purchasing area in all relevant control characteristics and performance indicators Contact person for business units and factory controlling in the analysis, interpretation and control of KPI-based decisions Development and optimization of existing reporting and controlling instruments Implementation of ad hoc analyses to support operational and strategic decisions Participation in budgeting, forecasting and planning processes Creation of meaningful management reports and presentations for departments, management and management bodies Support in the preparation of decision bases for the Management Board and Supervisory Board Technical support and support for work students in the controlling environment

Complete study of business management (focus control), business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in controlling or a comparable environment Knowledge of deviation analyses, forecasting and process analysis as well as a good understanding of procurement processes Very good Excel knowledge; Experience with Business Intelligence, Reporting and SAP BW German and English skills Embossed communication and consulting skills as well as safe occurrence Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working with a high self-initiative Learning readiness and intercultural competence
