To support our team in the sales field, we are looking for an Onsite Merchandiser Content (m/w/d) e-commerce full-time. As an Onsite Merchandiser Content (m/w/d) e-commerce, you are responsible for the operational preparation and control of our digital presentation of jewelry collections. You ensure an excellent product presentation, coordinate the content interfaces to marketing, graphics and IT and thus ensure a consistent brand experience. Through the precise care of all content sets, you contribute significantly to the conversion rate and the success of our online appearance. Activity Onsite Marketing Management: Responsibility for the playout and care of large-scale teaser elements on the THOMAS SABO website and on all country-specific websites Content process control: briefing, organization and monitoring of all content processes in close cooperation with adjacent departments Content Management: Operational Care and Optimization of the Thomas Sabo Onlineshop via Salesforce Business Manager KPI analysis: Current analysis of defined KPIs on relevant target pages of the THOMAS SABO website for success measurement and performance enhancement Project work: Working on cross-departmental projects focusing on content management, e-commerce and optimisation of the website Interface coordination: Close cross-functional cooperation with internal departments for continuous optimization of internal processes and workflows.

Completed commercial training or completed studies focusing on e-commerce, business, marketing, media management or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, onsite mechanism or content management, ideally in the field of lifestyle, fashion or jewelry Experience in the maintenance and optimization of website content (product, category and campaign pages) Safe handling of content management systems (CMS), sound experience in working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and knowledge of project management tools such as Jira detailed orientation, with a passion for high quality content Team orientation and communication strength to achieve joint goals Experience in the analysis and evaluation of relevant e-commerce key figures (KPIs) and translation into optimization measures Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other languages of advantage
