Completed degree (Diplom/Master) in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable subject and multiannual professional experience in the Datacenter environment

Multiannual professional experience in IT service management, ideally in the data center environment

Knowledge of ITIL standards and processes

Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach

Excellent communication and team skills

Structured, independent working and team skills Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
