Senior Finance Manager (m/w/d) - Group Accounting

Senior Finance Manager (m/w/d) - Group Accounting plays a key role in building our group-wide accounting. You make sure that a consistent, controllable and audit-proof numerical work is created from many companies. We develop our finance function in a targeted way: a modern, group-wide accounting and control platform with clear governance, transparency and scalability. We need your support for that!

Structure and governance Setup and standardization of a Group-wide Chart of Accounts (CoA)

Development of uniform accounting policies and processes

Ensuring data quality, consistency and compliance across all companies

Integration of new companies (Buy & Build) Support for the integration of new subsidiaries into the accounting setup

Harmonisation of accounting standards, processes and systems

Interface management

Close cooperation with: local stakeholders

Tax advisors and auditors

Group Controlling / FP&A

Multiannual experience in the field of auditing, (group) accounting or corporate accounting

Funded knowledge of HGB (IFRS of advantage) as well as consolidation and intercompany logic

Experience in handling multi-entity structures of advantage

Structured, process-oriented operation and ideally experience in PE/VC-driven companies or dynamic growth areas

30 days of annual holiday, as well as a hybrid setup with one day home office per week.
