You are a very experienced building manager? The overall responsibility for prestigious, technically demanding major projects is the challenge you are looking for? As a construction manager HKS, you are responsible for the technical, organizational and qualitative implementation of the plants heating, cold and sanitation at the construction site. You follow the implementation of the project in accordance with the deadline, cost and quality, in compliance with all contractual, legal and safety requirements.

ACT NOW! - these are your tasks •Special construction line for ventilation systems in new and existing buildings Coordination and monitoring of the assembly services of contractors Making and/or measuring test in coordination with the construction manager Sic production of the conformal, normative and regulatory execution (e.g. DIN, VDI, EN) Organization and coordination of material flow in coordination with construction and project management Determination with construction and project management, other structures, builders, architects and specialist planners Running the complete internal construction site correspondence according to organisational requirements Testing of assembly and workshop plans Termine and progress control and participation in cost monitoring *Documentation of all non-contractual services (additional, multi- and change costs, detection of disabilities, etc.) in coordination with the building manager

Your profile - you should bring: Technical studies, e.g. supply technology, process engineering or civil engineering, or also a technical training with further training as a master/technician desirable Multiannual professional experience (>3) as a building manager in the management of major projects in TGA, plant engineering or energy production Good knowledge of occupational safety Experience with international customers and good English skills (B1) desirable Good communication skills and high cooperation and team skills High nationwide readiness, driving licence class B
