for the team Plant Management Net Gas / Water / district heating of swa Netze GmbH

You play a central role in the operation and maintenance of our gas and water networks and ensure smooth network operation by taking over the MRP representation You plan, organize, monitor and document independently construction, renewal, maintenance, repair, maintenance and inspection measures in the gas and water network You are responsible for managing and coordinating internal employees (m/w/d) as well as external service providers for the timing, quality and cost-oriented implementation of construction and maintenance measures You will take care of ensuring the quality, cost and timely execution of all measures in compliance with the applicable occupational safety regulations, technical regulations and company standards You support tenders, performance directories and award processes, as well as the audit and release of allowances, performance certificates and invoices You take on the disposition and coordination and control of operating, maintenance, destructive and emergency measures in coordination with internal and external stakeholders You work with the development and optimization of operating, maintenance and work processes and support in budget planning and cost control in the area of responsibility You take part in the standby service after appropriate incorporation

(m/w/d) / Technikerin (m/w/d) or Facharbeiterin (m/w/d) with further education in the field of supply technology, piping engineering, gas, water or civil engineering or a comparable qualification Ideally professional experience in construction, construction monitoring, maintenance or operation of supply networks knowledge of relevant technical regulations and regulations, ideally in the field of gas and water supply Experience in the control and coordination of construction sites and internal and external stakeholders Self-structed, structured and responsible functioning as well as communication strength and enforcement Teamability and solution and service-oriented action Language level German: at least C1 for successful cooperation
