You process requests and orders from B2B customers from the DACH region and the Netherlands. You are in close contact with the production plants in Italy to coordinate delivery dates and ensure their compliance. You will also prepare leasing requests and contracts. In addition, take complaints and create complaints if necessary. Account corrections or credits. Customer master data, terms and product and article data are collected in a conscientious manner in the ERP system.

You have successfully completed your training as an industrial merchant (m/w/d), merchant in wholesale and foreign trade (m/w/d), merchant for office management (m/w/d) or a comparable training and have already gained practical experience in the sales service. in handling ERP systems you are routined.
