• Support in the planning and implementation of communication and change measures for internal and external stakeholders
• Working with the organisation and coordination of events and workshops to promote the change process
• Independently responsible creation and processing of presentations and communication materials
• Possibility to participate in project work to gain practical experience in change management and to introduce your own ideas
• Work in an agile and dynamic team with close cooperation with colleagues and as part of an overarching project team that enables close interconnection and cooperation
• You are part of an agile and young team
• Change and new challenges accompany you every day
• In this position, the entire Alliance network is available to you
• You work closely with the most diverse departments

• Flowing German knowledge in word and writing
• Good knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel
• Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
