You enter our tenants and objects professionally and reliably. You take commercial tasks such as pick up offers, check invoices and create rental contracts. You take care of the technical building management – from the handicraft search to commissioning to acceptance. You conduct the correspondence with architects, suppliers, owners, tenants and authorities. You carry out object visits and keep an overview of new and remodeling projects. You support the planning and acquisition of new buildings and support management. You pay attention to the profitability of our properties and compliance with safety standards.

Successfully completed training as a real estate specialist (m/w/d), real estate business (m/w/d) or a recognised certification as a manager (m/w/d). Excellent reliability, strong negotiation skills and a strong team orientation are what distinguishes you. High IT affinity, safe occurrence and a structured, independent way of working. Motivation for personal and professional development. Commitment and enthusiasm to develop and successfully implement innovative ideas. Knowledge in real estate law is advantageous.
