Your skills and qualifications for the next level: Competence: a completed study such as business management, logistics management, economic engineering or a commercial training with ascent qualification (e.g. specialist:in for freight transport and logistics or sales manager:in) and first relevant professional experience Experience: ideally first practice in sales management, e.g. through internships or project work Mindset: distributive skill, joy in customer contact, pronounced service mentality and the ability to present complex facts, products & services professionally and convincingly Flexibility & mobility: a class B driver's license and the willingness to use Germany-wide at our locations – you respond to different starting situations and with resilience and resilience Languages: safe German in word and font – English knowledge is advantageous Social competence: good instinct for target group-focused communication, strong will to teamwork at eye level and openness for change of perspective
