In this function, you are responsible for the technical and organizational control of the day-care facilities with up to 115 clients at several locations (Garbenteich, Kleinlinden, Gießen, Lollar). They are regularly present at the various locations, together with the teams, secure a person-centred, reliable and quality-oriented support of the performance-oriented persons and contribute to the further development of the offer. The activity includes management and coordination tasks as well as cooperation with members, legal support, service providers and other internal and external cooperation partners.
