Responsibility for the production of precast concrete parts in terms of cost-effectiveness, timeliness and quality Production planning and control taking into account capacities, personnel, machinery and delivery dates Work preparation and ongoing coordination of production processes Interface to the technical office and coordination of ongoing orders continuous development and optimization of production processes

completed construction engineering training, e.g. prefabricated concrete construction, concrete and reinforced concrete construction or masonry, ideally with further training to the technician or master (m/w/d) Professional and leadership experience in the construction field, ideally in the production and/or processing of precast concrete parts Hands-on mentality, leadership and enforcement
