With our subsidiary CHEFS CULINAR, we supply customers throughout Germany and neighbouring countries as industry leader in wholesale delivery. In addition to six shopping centers in northern Germany, including in Flensburg, Kiel and Lübeck also with its own CITTI food specialist markets, the globally active HMS Hanseatic Marine Services is one of us. Our over 300-person IT department contributes decisively to our growth and success. In addition to software development, this includes the control and networking of IT systems, the development and implementation of security architecture, the entire IT operation of all applications and systems hosted in their own data center, as well as IT support and the organisation and implementation of IT strategy projects. CRM Application Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibility for operation, further development and optimization of our Salesforce applications (Sales/Service Cloud) Recording, analysis and prioritization of requirements of the departments and translation into salesforce solutions Planning, control and implementation of changes and releases including tests and rollout close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external service providers in the Salesforce environment Conception and optimization of CRM processes in Salesforce (e.g. sales, service) Control of the application cycle incl. Documentation, authorization and master data concept Support of key users and coordination of user training

Completed business or IT-related studies or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in Application Management or Product Manager, ideally focusing on Salesforce/CRM Very good knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration as well as understanding of integrations and interfaces Experience in the sales and/or service environment Embossed analytical and processal thinking, structured and independent working High service orientation, communication strength and safe occurrence Very good knowledge of German and English
