Pedagogical Specialist for Therapeutic Youth Welfare (m/f/d)

You work in two closely linked educational settings: intensive support of a young person in the individual setting educational work in a therapeutic group This provides a particularly varied and development-promoting field of activity. In the individual setting: Building a viable professional relationship Implementation of a structured and reliable everyday life Monitoring, stabilisation and co-regulation in crises and challenging situations Promoting self-regulation, frustration tolerance and social participation Close cooperation with children and youth psychiatry as well as other specialist departments Participation in assistance planning, documentation and expert evaluation In the group: You support children and youth in everyday life and promote their development Designing a secure and structured group settings Promoting personal, social and life-structural skills Planning and implementation of educational offers Cooperation with schools, youth offices, therapists and other network partners Participation in assistance planning, parental work and documentation

Completed training/study (e.g. educator, social educationin, social workerin) Interest in demanding pedagogical and therapeutic work Knowledge of mental illness Reflected, appreciative and at the same time binding attitude Ability to remain viable even in challenging situations Willingness to cooperate closely with diverse network partners, including child and youth psychiatry Loadability, teamability and flexibility Willingness to shift, night and weekend services Willingness to take responsibility and actively develop new concepts
