Close cooperation with the partners as well as gradual takeover of the management as part of a firm location succession incl. disciplinary and professional leadership of employees at the Schorndorf site Own-responsibility and holistic supervision of predominantly medium-sized enterprises in tax, business and balance-sheet issues as well as expansion of the client base Strategic further development of the site as well as active participation of the firm orientation Creation of challenging opinions on accounting, valuation and tax issues Support for knowledge transfer within the site Acquisition of new mandates Responsibility for high-quality work results compared to our clients

Successfully passed tax advisor exams Multiannual professional experience in tax consulting of medium-sized enterprises, also in the international environment leadership experience desirable Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in long-term responsibility Communication strength, client orientation and joy in individual consulting solutions Good knowledge of MS Office and DATEV desirable Structured and independent operation High team orientation, reliability and professional appearance
