We are looking for a lawyer/jurist for our team labour law to deal with numerous labour and personal questions and for the processing of service agreements.

You deal independently and independently with questions, topics and processes arising from individual work and collective agreement law, as well as personnel representation, equality and severely disabled persons law. You revise processes, create service agreements and accompany negotiations with stakeholders You represent the University in court and settlement proceedings You are constantly following new developments (legislative, jurisprudence) and are working on their implementation You support exciting personnel projects and strategic tasks You create communication concepts, training documents and carry out training events and workshops on labour law topics designed by them You advise competently and comprehensively on labour law issues

You have successfully completed their first and second legal state exams in the field of law (Fulljurist:in) You have good expertise in collective bargaining and labour law You have already gained first professional experience in labour law.
