You're looking for a new job? As part of a transfer of employees with possibility to take over, we are looking for a seller (gn) for Deutsche Telekom Privatkunden-Vertrieb GmbH at the location Kulmbach at the earliest possible time.

These are your tasks:

• They advise customers in the shop in all concerns about the products Internet, fixed network and mobile
• You clarify complaints and support problems
• They conduct in-depth sales talks to individual products and services and help customers find the right products for their needs
• You process customer orders and take over data management
• They work on product-specific sales promotion measures and campaigns

To convince us:

• Ideally, they have completed training for the trader in retail or a comparable qualification.
• They have already gained initial professional experience in the sale and/or have already gained special knowledge in the distribution of telecommunication products with
• You have the pleasure of direct customer contact and are ready to arrange your working hours on the commercial opening hours and the customer frequency
• A safe and appealing way of expression in German (at least C1 level) is decisive for this activity
• Target orientation and engagement complete your profile

Our offer to you:

• You will receive a basic payment of 2960 € - 3242 € gross per month + commission
