Creation and publication of attractive and target group-oriented job invitations Preselection of incoming applications and structured evaluation of the candidate:inside Organisation, appointment and implementation of interviews Own-responsible occupation of open positions by an active direct address of candidate:inside, in particular via LinkedIn Conception, implementation and continuous development of employer branding strategies and measures Development of creative, target-group-relevant content for our LinkedIn appearance Care, care and further development of our employer profile on Kununu Participation in diverse HR projects

Complete studies in the field of human resources management, business management or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in recruiting First experiences in direct addressing social media Experience in implementing employer branding measures and content development Self-employed, solution-oriented and structured work Impressed communication skills and organizational skills High level of empathy, discretion and joy in dealing with people Secure handling of MS Office and HR software Personio Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
