As a full lawyer (m/w/d), you will process all legal issues relating to domestic and foreign financing – from credit protection law to bankruptcy and remedial law to settlement commitments. One focus of the activity is the legal advice of the export financing business and the credit business, including the project financing business abroad. In this context, you accompany both complex corporate financing and structured financing, develop contract concepts and implement them legally. In addition, you take over the legal advice of our credit and product areas and control legal disputes. You supervise EU and domestic legislative projects with regard to financing and their bank-wide implementation. In addition, check internal organisational policies for the financing business and train the areas in all relevant legal aspects of the financing business, especially in current legal developments.
