(Junior) Consultant Compensation Analytics (m/f/d)

You advise our tool customers: within the framework of clearly structured and standardised formats on salvage-relevant issues such as benchmarking, job evaluation (grading) or equal pay, and support them in the effective use of our tools in their HR processes. You will gradually be guided to independent advice You participate in workshops and consultations, explain the underlying methodology and support customers in the classification and interpretation of analytical results You create standardized compensation and benefit analysis for specialist and management positions in our specially developed tools. The underlying calculation logics and evaluation mechanisms are already defined. Your focus is on the selection of suitable data sets and comparison groups as well as on the plausibility and interpretation of the results You develop a well-founded understanding of compensation systems, job architectures and market mechanics and build a specialist specialization in Compensation You work closely with internal teams (including data science, product development) and initiates impulses to further develop our data-based consulting products You will test the latest trends in your area of specialisation with us and take a perspective on innovative standpoint papers, speeches and studies with

You have successfully completed a course of study with an analytical/quantitative focus (Bachelor / Master, for example in BWL, VWL, Human Resources, Finance, Social Sciences, Psychology, Natural Sciences) or have an equivalent qualification (e.g. through a professional training with professional experience) You have gained first practical experience in working with data, e.g. in the context of internships, student work, completion work or through one to two years of professional experience, e.g. in consulting or in areas such as human resources, market research, controlling or similar You have a pronounced analytical mindset and work structured and address-oriented. The development of own models, programming or complex statistical evaluations is not part of the role You are interested in remuneration and HR topics as well as the pleasure of customer contact, consulting work and the comprehensible communication of complex content You are sure to go with Microsoft Office and are open to working in our specially developed tools You work independently, with high quality standards and are ready to introduce your skills to a lively team environment
