Number: MER00049BY Use the unique opportunity to actively accompany the start-up and run-up of a new production plant for the high-voltage battery from the start. Support our team of production in the field of start-up management and production technology and gain exciting insights into the construction of a modern battery assembly – from the start-up of the production line to the stabilization of series production. This phase offers the rare opportunity to experience and actively shape the emergence of a new series production from the outset. Our department includes various assembly areas along modern drive technologies – from gearbox assembly in Hedelfingen to eATS assembly in Untertürkheim to battery production in Hedelfingen and Brühl. Together we design the production of the drive systems of today and tomorrow. Your task in detail: Accompanying the commissioning and production run of a new production plant

Support for machine and process removal

Working with the planning, coordination and implementation of start-up activities

Planning and setup of analysis and optimization tool

Testing and support of production processes

Analysis of production, quality and process characteristics

Independent processing of partial projects in the field of start-up management and production technology

Close cooperation with internal departments, plant suppliers and other interfaces

Cross-site cooperation with various departments

Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Production Technology, Electrical Engineering or a comparable degree course
