Cost planning and cost control of the respective construction projects in coordination with the management and project managers Invoicing of input invoices and preparation of output invoices Requirements and management of certificates of contractors and guarantee processing Preparation of award negotiations

Successfully completed commercial training Professional experience in building cost controlling or billing construction projects desirable Knowledge in one or more relevant legal areas (HOAI, VOB) is desirable Structured, independent and independent working
