Technical and methodological support of the associated JUMO areas in the entire selection process of software and AI-based solutions Analysis, structuring and prioritization of business requirements focusing on data-driven, analytical and AI-based use cases Conception, implementation and further development of processes for the efficient support of the specialist areas Control and coordination of projects to introduce business, analytics and AI solutions from Kick‐off to Go‐Live Responsibility for the successful management of comprehensive IT, digitization and AI projects Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams across all project phases as a central contact person Ensuring compliance with time-, quality-, budget-, work-, environmental- and IT-security requirements in the responsible projects Negotiation and management of licensing, support and implementation contracts within the framework of software and AI projects Presentation of project progress, decision bases and AI potential analyses in management bodies Scouting, evaluation and derivation of recommendations for action on new project management methods, IT technologies and AI approaches for use in JUMO

Completed university studies in computer science, economic informatics or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in the analysis, control and implementation of complex IT and digitalization projects Experience gained in using AI, data analytics or automation solutions in the business environment Very good knowledge of IT project management and the application of modern project management methods Safe handling of higher-quality control, analysis and visualization tools Experience in international industrial companies and in cooperation with global stakeholders Very good knowledge of German (level C1) and knowledge of English (level B2) in word and writing Impressed communication and team skills as well as expertise for the professional management of qualified project staff High sense of responsibility in terms of IT security, compliance, work and environmental protection Structured, independent and result-oriented operation with a strategic view for company-wide added value
