Compilation of transport value assessments according to § 194 BauGB for buildings and buildings Production of excessive value estimates and determination of earnings expectations Examination of external assessments and opinions of all types Creation of recovery and usage concepts, feasibility studies, market and location analyses, and Implementation of economic considerations Preparation of comments related to repayment claims from purchase contracts Review of book values and values according to accounting aspects

Qualification: Completed technical university studies (Bachelor/Diplom [FH]) in the field of geodesy/ surveying, civil engineering, architecture or comparable courses with a focus on property value determination Competences: Current and well-founded expertise in real estate assessment, in particular the current valuation regulations – real estate valuation regulation (ImmoWertV2021) in conjunction with ImmoWertA – and practical experience in their application Very good and up-to-date knowledge in public building law, the relevant regulations in federal and state building law (including BauGB, LBauO, construction planning law), in private law (BGB incl. Introductory Law on BGB), inheritance law, debt adjustment and property legislation It is desirable to find out and up-to-date expertise as well as practical experience in the field of expert assessment of buildings and unstructured properties.
