Nurse Nursing Shared Flat (m/f/d)

In our new advita house in the middle of Berlin Köpenick we want to help older people to live a beautiful life according to their own rules. How you doing? Our seniors live in their own homes in the house (professional living) or in the nursing WG and we support and maintain them as on an outpatient tour.

We are looking for you as a care professional (m/w/d) . The positions must be taken part-time (33.25 hours/week).

Your task

• Nursing and treatment care for residents

• preparation of individual care and action plans and documentation of nursing and treatment-care measures and activities

• Instruction and support of nurses on site
