Specialist Fleet Management Focus on Passenger Cars (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible personality to support our fleet management. In this position, you play a central role in the organization, control and further development of our company transport park. You act as an important interface between internal contact persons, external service providers and our employees and contribute significantly to ensuring efficient and smooth processes. You combine organizational skills with a high level of service orientation and sense of responsibility.

Contact person: You act as a central contact person for all topics related to our company cars. Communication: You ensure professional and targeted exchange with car users and external service providers. Disposition: You are responsible for the efficient planning and control of vehicle use. fine management: You are responsible for the proper administration and follow-up of fines. Interface: You act as a coordinating interface between future employees and the HR Business Partner with regard to the Car Policy. Compliance: You ensure consistent compliance with the Car Policy and monitor its implementation. Auditing: You take over the factual and computational examination and processing of incoming invoices. Partner communication: You maintain professional communication with leasing companies and car homes. Car park coordination: You are responsible for ensuring consistent and efficient fleet processes, in particular in the case of vehicle takeovers, returns and all adjacent administrative and operational processes and also in the case of new vehicle orders. Data analysis: You are responsible for the processing and analysis of vehicle-relevant data as well as the creation of meaningful reporting to control, control and optimise the processes.

Your profile Education: You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You ideally bring together first or more years of experience in fleet management or in a comparable position. Expertise: You have a secure knowledge of the relevant legal framework in fleet management, e.g. Holder obligations and the structured and targeted coordination of statutory measures, in particular driving licence controls and UVV checks IT competence: You are safe in handling the current MS Office applications, especially Excel. Communication strength: You are distinguished by a pronounced communication capability and a safe occurrence in relation to internal and external contact persons.
