System gastronomy shift supervisor (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Operational shift: You control the team during the shift, first layer plans, carry out the attendance control and ensure optimal station classification.

Hygiene & quality management: You are responsible for the 100% complete implementation and signing of all daily HACCP protocols (Morgen/Abend Protocol, Temperature and Cleaning Proofs).

Authorisation: You are the direct contact person in the case of checks and visits by the Health Office or other authorities.

Incoming goods and freshness control: You carefully check delivered breads, kebab spears and goods entry to our high quality standards.

Cash management: You tax the cash systems in the day-to-day business (including cancellation and booking management as well as exchange money).

That's what you bring: Leadership experience: Detectable experience as team leader, shift manager or branch manager in the gastronomy, system gastronomy or in the retail store.

HACCP know-how: Funded knowledge in the field of food hygiene and routine in the complete protocol management.

Responsibility: High standards of cleanliness, order and quality.

Communication strength: Enforcement, a safe occurrence and a structuring operation even in stress situations.

Flexibility: willingness to serve in alternating layers as well as weekends and holidays (adapted to the opening hours of the Outletcity Metzingen).
